Mixed bag.

The apartment itself was nice, with a new kitchen and smart shower rooms. Beds were comfortable. However, their was no breeakfast bowls, only 2 knives and lots of forks. Sofa was covered with a bedsheet to sit on, behind the bedsheet was a couch fully held together by gaffer tape! So much you actually cant see the cushions. Bedroom door is too big and struggles to close , needs a bit shaved off. Tv is small. No bedlamps beside the beds! Location is good for the tourist attractions, however is in very dodgy lane which is badly lit. Didnt feel safe coming and going. Safe enough feeling once indoors. Could be so much better, with very little effort.

Big and nice Apartment. Easy access to the flat, the owner was very helpful regarding the storage of our suitcases. However, the apartment was not that easy to reach. But Lisbon is very hilly. All in all, everything was perfect. Only the Bed linen was no longer the best. Although it had been washed, there were still stains.

The place was very hard to find even for the localsThe place & the view is nice but it's high & there's no elevators. It's really hard to carry big & heavy luggages up the stairs especially we are 4 ladies aging 52, 55, 67 & 74. There was no bath or dish washing soaps. Mo washer and dryer, no mops to clean. No toilet paper or paper towels. The internet or wifi didn't work or he gave us the wrong web address & password. No communication at all from the time we arrive at the place until the time we left. We called many times but no answer. He sends some email before our trip but incomplete information. He needed some information & money but didn't tell us the email address or bank information. We don't know where to take the trash out. The place is nice but the overall service is very frustrating & disappointing.

Appartement spacieux et avec une super belle vue de Lisbonne. Proche des stations de métro et tram. Le seul bémol il n'y a pas de machine à laver et d'étendoir ce qui est très compliqué quand nous sommes nombreux alors que cela est indiqué dans l'annonce.

전혀 관리가 안된 아파트

주소가지고는 숙소를 찾아가기가 어렵고 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐 들고 계단을 올라가야 합니다. 내부는 리모델링한 것 같은데, 내부청소가 너무 안되어 있습니다. 침대 옆 탁자 다리에 머리카락과 먼지가 수북합니다. 소파는 인조가죽제품인데, 칠이 다 벗겨져서 앉기가 어려울 정도입니다. 침구는 세탁 후 건조가 제대로 안되었는지 눅눅한 냄새가 나고 관리가 제대로 안되어 있습니다. 와이파이도 인터넷 연결이 안되고 화장실 휴지도 없어서 얘기했더니 근처 슈퍼마켓에서 사서 쓰라고 하더군요, 수건에서도 냄새가 나서 갈아달라고 요구했지만, 3-4주 이상 장기 체류하는 사람들만 갈아준다고 합니다. 따뜻한 물도 일정량 이상 사용하면 더 이상 나오지 않고 찬물만 나옵니다. 체크인 하는 스태프가 친절하고 전망 좋은 것이 그나마 장점입니다. 다시는 이곳에 묵지 않을 것 같네요.
