This hotel is well located in an area of Lisbon with high end shopping and restaurants. I stayed one night before flying home and the hotel served its purpose. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I received a voucher for a free drink upon arrival which was a nice surprise and the breakfast buffet was ok. My only comment for improvement is that the hotel needs an update, the facilities and furnishings are dated. However for the price I paid in such an upscale area, that is to be expected.

The Dom Carlos hotel is an excellent hotel to stay at while visiting Lisbon. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel offers a nice complimentary breakfast. The staff was helpful and courteous!

Great hotel in a nice location

A very clean, modern hotel right in the heart of the shopping district. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Great value for my money. I recommend a room with a terrace for a great view and lovely area to relax with a port wine and chocolate. I will definitely stay here again.
