We were very pleased with our 3 night stay at Bardalo House Chiado. I would highly recommend it for your stay in Lisbon. The house is charming and well maintained. The room was beautiful with windows that opened onto small balconies facing the lovely square. Bathroom was updated. There was an AC which we didn’t need in October. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The square outside our hotel had several good restaurants. I would return next time in Lisbon!
Staff were great. Older building, no elevator, but only up one flight of stairs. Eclectic property with lots of character but a great mix of old charm with newer amenities. Location was excellent. Controlled entrance. Not staffed 24/7. Good value for the money. Definitely will consider staying again if visiting Lisbon.
The staff is amazing and the location is perfect to get around the city.
Small 9 room boutique hotel with wonderful restaurant options within walking distance.
The hotel is centerally located, with a small number of rooms , the rooms and property is well maintained and an excellent Breckfast.
Staff was very helpful.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was a very charming and comfortable place with plenty of unique character that really made it stand out over our other stays in Portugal. The staff were incredible helping us navigate our way around and giving us plenty of great advice on what to do and see in the area. The breakfast was very well done and quite an enjoyable start to our day. Overall, I very highly recommend
This was a perfect hotel for us. It was located in the Chiado district and close to train station and port. Also close to shopping, and restaurants……..The hotel is only 9 rooms and the rooms are large and elegantly furnished. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and all of the staff were extremely helpful. It gets an A+++++++. Thank you.
The room was very spacious with high ceilings, a walkthrough wardrobe to a large very modern bathroom. A delightful room in on old gracious hotel, very well located.
A perfect location for a short visit to Lisbon. The staff (Isra/Catarina) were extremely pleasant and accommodating to all our needs. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Walking distance for everything you need, shopping, restaurant, water front, sites etc. Highly recommended.
The stay was truly incredible. The room was huge - it felt like we had a whole apartment in the middle of Lisbon! We would absolutely stay here again when we return.
Wow!!! Amazing experience. The location is perfect to enjoy Lisbon. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything we need. Definitely I will stay in this hotel next time.
Great location! Close to the train stations as well as many amazing restaurants close by. We are in the centre of Old Town Lisbon and never needed to take a taxi. The walks were enjoyable.
Very nice small 'boutique' style hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfasts and really quiet despite being in a great location close to Chiado underground and a couple of minutes walk from the Bairro Alto area with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from.
The room was beautiful! Very clean and well appointed with a large bathroom and shower. The hotel was close to transit, sights and restaurants, but rooms were very quiet. Excellent breakfast included and the staff were great. From check in to check out it was fantastic!
The staff, hotel, cleanliness, and food were all top tier!! We felt like royalty not just guest. I will go back to Portugal just to stay at this amazing House. Five stars is not enough for any of the categories.
All the staff were always available to help out in any way. Super friendly and warm. Highly recommend staying at these properties!! Beautiful properties, wonderful breakfasts and very homey feeling!
