Nice location close to city centre with many restaurants and shoping street. Condition of the apartment is poor with smell of mold, especially in the bathroom and bedroom. Shower and toilett i bad condition, toilett was broken but fixed day 2.

The apartment itself is fine although it's cheaply furnished and looking tired. It was clean enough. A small amount of washing up liquid and toilet roll was provided although no washing powder provided even though there is a washing machine. The building felt secure and it's not far from the metro. The check in experience was awful though and i would not recommend. I didn't get any instructions and contacted the property in advance on the phone number and through their website. I didn't get a response until the day I was supposed to check in where they said I couldn't check in until I paid a mandatory cleaning fee. This was not mentioned in the booking (a damage deposit is mentioned, which I was happy to pay) and in the end I had no choice to pay it as the apartment was non-refundable and they already had my money. Absolutely awful service and you can get a much better apartment in the area once you factor in this extra fee. Note hotels.com policy does not allow me to mention how much this fee was in the review.

I never leave bad reviews, but this was a very frustrating stay. There was a dispute between what Hotels.com indicated about the cleaning fee and what the property owners demanded upon arrival, and they would not provide us with the entrance code until we agreed to pay more. We spent hours trying to resolve the issue with Hotels.com, but the owners were not helpful throughout the process. For the cost of this stay compared to many other places we’ve visited, the experience was disappointing. The apartment was not clean and lacked basic amenities. When we asked for an extra roll of toilet paper, we were told we had to purchase it ourselves, despite the fee we had already paid. I would not recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und in Toplage. Leider nicht genügend Abstellfläche im Bad für 5 Personen. Die Ankunft war sehr ärgerlich, wir hatten keinen CODE für die Tür per Mail erhalten und bei der angegebene Telefonnummer, war leider niemand zu erreichen. Es hatte uns sehr viel Zeit gekostet, bis wir endlich ins Appartement gelangen.

Its near to town centre. Apartment has a moldy smell there was a leak in the upper apartment. The cleaner left a washing the dryer not even finished cleaning the apartment . Bedroom wasn't cleaned properly the floor wasn't wash and swiped coz underneath the bed was so dusty. No floor towel for the toilet and even hand towels. Beware coz they charge 30euro for cleaning. All together its fine.

We will be back!

Great location for a group of friends in Lisbon for a few days. Street festival in the surrounding streets really made our trip memorable. The apartment was clean and comfortable for a group of 8 and had all amenities we would need.

Terrible service

It was fine in the beginning until the shower drain clogged. Promised to clean it the next day and however they did not fixed it. So we have to clean the clogged shower drain ourselves.Give 1 used toilet paper for 5 people stays (we specify it in our booking)in 2 nights. They did apologized but apologize with no actions is nothing.Be careful lot of drug dealer in the area

Ruim voldoende

Appartement is centraal gelegen op 500m van openbaar vervoer en het is ruim genoeg voor 2 koppels. Tot middernacht is de buurt aan de luidruchtige kant. De locatie is enkel te bereiken met trappen. De toegang is via een code die je op voorhand krijgt.

Pros: The apartment overall was good - it was a fully furnished apartment with all amenities, and a nicely equipped/ fully functional kitchen. The washing machine was a great help as we'd been travelling quite a lot and were able to get some essential washing done! The apartment is also close to several attractions, so easy to get out for sightseeing. A funicular goes right in front of the apartment door. Cons: The location can be a real problem for families - it is in a controlled area, so not all taxis go to the apartment door. In terms of walking, there is a really steep climb on one side, lots of steps on the other - tough if you have a pram or old people in your party... Not very quiet - there was some late night noise in the street below and in the apartment complex (it was the weekend) but didn't last very long. Neutral: The black theme on the walls a little jarring, but one you get used to after a while. Overall, a decent place to stay but would look for another, more family-friendly, place next time.

Bel appart malgré le manque d’un endroit où poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain et idem dans la cuisine. Placards un peu hauts. Sinon emplacement super. Lits corrects. Attention : un peu de bruit le matin avec « l’ascenseur ». En même temps, on est en ville. La personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement est gentille, très réactive et super disponible! Lisbonne est incontournable! À refaire;-)

Great location, lovely apartment

Had a great time. Fab location but not for the unfit or disabled as the street was very steep. There is a tram that takes you to the top or bottom but No 8 is half way. The apartment was ground floor so very cool with very modern feel and staircase to a roof terrace. Lots of bars and restaurants in the street and very close to Barro Alto. Would recommend, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was A+ and the apartment had a lot of space, air conditioning, a washer, and all the amenities you would need. There was however some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and a VERY loud group above us our last night. When I texted for assistance, no one answered me until the morning, when we had already left and it was too late to remedy the situation. I would stay again though- simply because the location is walking distance to everything you could want to see in Lisbon.

Rep was a bit late in getting to the apartment but access is by code so there was no delay. Well equipped apartment in a good area. Lots of bars close by in the evening.

Very good service , Lorenzo it's great he kept in touch before arrival. Apartment is good size for four of us everything works in the apartment great shower great location bar and shops close by a bit noisy at night but I heard this as normal if you looking for a quiet sleep is not an idea taxi from airport is around €20 we got charged €35 from the airport but the blue house beside the apartment can I arrange transfer for you to the airport and around the Lisbon and outside Lisbon . Overall I think it's a great place to stay I will recommend it.

Super beliggenhed

Lækker nyistandsat lejlighed. Beliggenheden er rigtig god. Børnene synes det var sjovt med kabelsporvogne lige udenfor vinduet. Terrassen er mere en lille bitte gårdhave, men bedre end ingen. Ville helt klart leje igen.
