Very clean on arrival. Washing machine is nice to have, no dryer but both drying rack and outside line available. Iron and ironing board onsite. NO AC!!! It was still in high 80s in September. Does have fans. Could not connect TV to phone and remote didn’t seem to be working but we weren’t there to watch TV. 2 blocks from Marquis do Pombal statue but not close to waterfront and major attractions. Public transport is very effective. 1 block from Pecoas yellow line metro and 2 blocks from blue line. Bed is pretty firm. Shower can spray out onto floor unless directed back at wall. Biggest complaint is futon/sofa In living room is not comfortable and some of the wooden ribs fell out in middle so not really useable. Overall good place to stay, just on back side of AIMA 1 if coming for immigration.

The apartment is clean and has all the facilities necessary for a stay, good location with metro, bus and supermarket nearby. The only negative point is the lack of a heater as the rooms get really cold during the winter and the ones provided do not warm enough the rooms.

The check in process was smooth and we appreciate the early check in. The size of the flat is good but the condition of some furniture is not great, the sofa is falling apart. the bed is good and comfortable. We had to clean the the drawers as they were dirty on the inside. A lot of stuff is in bad condition, the clothes rack is falling apart, the coffee machine water container is brown from rust or limescale. Sometimes the coffee machine works sometimes not. The toaster is rusty on top. One of the washing machine drawers was dirty. There was only 2 rubbish bin bags left for us to use, for 2 weeks! The cherry on top of the cake is the shower! To take a shower in lukewarm water in the summer you need 20-30 minutes because when you try to regulate the temperature the water gets to hot or too cold. There is also paint coming off from the shower. Also, for some reason there are ants walking around the bathroom. Not all windows lock but that is not a problem as the flat is on the 4th floor. I did mention the problems to the host and there was no reply. I know the flat from a few years ago, when it was own privately and it was in a much better condition, what a shame! Also worth mentioning is the pre check in, you need to click on a link where you need to put in every single detail about yourself, including bank details because you need pre-preauthorisation deposit plus the city tax, passport details, travel details etc if i knew that from the beginning i would not have booked it!

Central location was convenient. Very clean. Having a washing machine was great. Nowhere to leave suitcases if you arrive on a flight prior to check-in time. Not a single paper towel or napkin provided.

Muss vorab erwähnen, dass ich der Landessprache mächtig bin. Daher war die Kommunikation unproblematisch. Lage sehr gut, man kommt zu Fuss überall hin bzw. der ÖPNV ist auch fussläufig in der Nähe. Wohnung war sehr sauber, Bad/Dusche hat alles funktioniert, Matratzen waren super. Küche haben wir - bis auf den Kühlschrank - nicht genutzt. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. :-)

Nous y avons habité une semaine à 2 adultes 2 enfants. Appartement très propre et bien équipé, propriétaire aimable et accessible. Prix très raisonnable pour le quartier en plein centre de Lisbonne proche de toutes commodités. A recommander !
