The hotel was excellent, good facilities including a great indoor swimming pool. Excellent transport options to get into central Lisbon, to the airport, beach and Sintra. Also lots of local facilities including a supermarket and food options. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

Nice location outside of Lisbon

Location was great for exploring the area with using an Uber to get to the coast. Restaurant only opened at 7:30 for dinner which we are not used to so we ate at a restaurant in the town.

More like a 3 star hotel but bed was nice!

Bed was comfy and the A/C worked well! Pool area and breakfast nothing speciale but ok. Shower broken so you had to hold it in hand, lamp by bed was broken so it was hanging up side down, drain in the bathroom sink drained extreamly slow, there was only electrical plug by one of the bedtables and it did not work and the refrigerator did not really cool. Hotel and rooms looked tired and in need of some updates. Would say it is not a 4 star.

The outdoor pool area made the stay worthwhile. Breakfast was good enough. When we went to get dinner at the hotel restaurant, they said they only had one dish available, lasagna!?!? But the service through out was outstanding!

Quiet location, but far from city center. We didn’t mind, we had s rental car and stayed here to relax before our flight home and this was one of the only hotels with a pool. Rooms were clean, room service good and staff overall friendly. Rooms do not provide tooth brush/ paste . No conditioner for hair, no body lotion. No iron in room and was not able to get one on request. Hotel does not provide iron. Room service doesn’t stock tea etc automatically. You will have to ask.

Ok for the money

Location is nice and away from the city center - more peaceful. It's 20 minutes (in morning traffic) to the airport. We only stayed 2 nights, the room need a lot uf updating... specially the carpet. The bathroom was nice but the window let a full view (from the apartments across the street) into the shower area... :( no privacy there...

Its OK for 1 night stop or maybe bit more if you have a car and looking for something in the area, but nothing special, its more like hotel for groups with nothing close by to do. Room is very average and outdated, cant say I felt comfortable with the cleaning level of shower, toilet and bed sheets, of course rug is also quite old. Breakfast was very basic, no decent coffee also. Only good thing I liked there was the small restaurant down the road. Service was OK but also, why check in only at 16:00???

Not within easy reach of Lisbon centre without a car

This hotel was chosen on the basis that reviews stated it within easy reach of Lisbon and that public transport would be available. The bus takes over an hour and taxis take 28 minutes, costing between €15-€25 one way! We were saved by the wonderful Debcra on reception who told us about Bolt(Uber) which cost between €3-€10 per journey and took us to eactly where we wanted to go! The hotelroom was tired, the shower did not stay up so some DIY was needed and the extractor fan did not work. Only one chair for 2 of us. The room did have great air conditioning and a balcony with seaview. Breakfast was servicable and you could eat outside. There was a view of the sea from breakfast room. Good free parking. The hotel was saved by the wonderful staff as yet again the amazing Debcra found us some hot water and milk so we could make a cup of tea in the room..as there wasn't a kettle.

I liked this hotel. Lovely staff, very supportive and kind employees. The hotel is close to a highway, and far away from Lissabon, but there is a beautiful park, stadium and lots of nature close to it. This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. With a little maintance though it could look like one, for example in the pool, changing the carpets in the rooms and some little arrangements: some pictures, little cactus plants to make it look better. On the other side, the fridge in the room was empty, so if you need water in the night, there is no chance to get or buy anything from the fridge. If you arrive late, there is nothing to welcome guests, no fruits, no cookies, nothing to drink, no tea pot... little things do not cost much... But well, the employees are so friendly and supportive that you almost forget all that! Thanks for your support!
