"We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Jay Hotel by HappyCulture. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the hotel atmosphere was fantastic. The hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from cafes and the beach. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a separate living area, bedroom, and a wonderful balcony. We would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers."

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

Hotel West End Nice Promenade

8/10 Good

"It’s a historic hotel. The location is perfect. Right on the promenade. Just a short walk to old town. And just a few blocks away from many restaurants. The stuff was very helpful. Everyone at the front seat was respectful and willing to answer any questions and address any issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the stuff at the restaurant was really good. The rooms were spacious. However, they are in need of some serious improvements. The furniture needs to be upgraded too. Way too old and falling apart. You can still retain your historic look. Just upgrade the rooms."

Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice

8/10 Good

"Enjoyed the spacious room, with comfortable beds and good AC. The roof top and patio pool are nice, and plenty of seating when available. Excellent views if you face the water. Plenty of dining options nearby and transit is accessible if you prefer quick access to the old city rather than walking. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. For those with a car there is some parking. The negative - I found that lounge chairs and towels weren’t cleaned promptly throughout the day, with many chairs having used towels lingering and no guests using them. It would make for a Better experience if they had a proper pool attendant, rather than what appeared to be house keeping grabbing stacks of towels here and there. Elements of my room, though comfortable, were starting to show age. Overall good stay."

Fairmont Monte Carlo

10/10 Excellent

"Loved staying at the Fairmont! I had a hairpin city view room with two large double beds to celebrate a birthday with a friend and they provided the highest level floor room and a complimentary cake. Superb staff and housekeeping that went above and beyond to accommodate any needs. Central location- 4 minute walk from the casino and also sea front. Beach was also a close walk and great amenities like steam and sauna. Would love to stay here again!"

Hotel Beau Rivage

10/10 Excellent

"My only complaint was the way it’s advertised you would think the beach is a part of the hotel, and maybe it is but when I found out they wanted to charge me $35 per chair and $5 for a towel I was turned off. Being a hotel beach, if that’s the actual case I think guest should have FREE access to chairs and especially towels. We walked down to the next Set of chairs and umbrellas paid $30 for chairs and towels. And the lunch was amazing also. That was my only issue, I booked a week for the beach so $80 a day for the beach just didn’t sit well. Otherwise great location to everything. Can’t comment on the food. We would probably stay there again but having the knowledge of the beach is helpful"

Albert 1'er Hotel Nice, France

10/10 Excellent

"Great location. 1 minute walk to the beach promenade and the hotel is located on a quiet street filled with various eateries, a patisserie, souvenir shops and a 4 minute walk to the opera house. The breakfast is very good. The only complaint I have is that there is only a kettle with instant coffee in the rooms. A great improvement would be a nespresso type of machine."
