The reception staff were friendly and professional, reception areas very nice. The room was very clean and modern, well paid d out. Would have given 5 stars but the pillows were t good and the bed was a bit firm for me.

Hotel is in good proximity to the train station. As walkers, we enjoyed crossing the Hohenzollern Bridge everyday with its iconic views of the cathedral and other sights along the Rhine. Had a plumbing issue that took a while to resolve. It was difficult to communicate with staff on site ( not one person we tried to communicate with spoke English-they all spoke Turkish. Would never again stay where there was no lobby or reception ( thought this would be like “living in an apartment”) ...
