"Everything was an add on, the booking stated free parking but it cost $10 a day + a $50 deposit despite pre-paying. Couldn’t even grab water for free as it was $2 a bottle. They didn’t clean the room until the final night then walked in as we were changing 4 hours before checkout after knocking once. "

"It’s not a five star property obviously. It’s not even a 3 star. But it’s as convenient fur me as they come. I can pay $5 per day to park my vehicle there while on business trips. It’s a mile from the airport. Minimizing Ubers and aggravation. Rooms are clean and sufficient. Will continue to stay there every time I have a trip leaving Phoenix."

"We needed to get back to the airport for a 8:00 am flight. The shuttle was full for any of the times that would work for us. The desk offered no help, we had to ask for any taxi information. The desk clerk acted like she didn't care one way or another."

"As expected the hotel was very outdated. I think they should consider deep cleaning the room. it was dusty and trash behind the nightstands and desk. Breakfast was in such a small space everyone was on top of each other once a family of 8 came in. The “business” center didn’t have chairs. also very dusty. overall it was not horrible. it was suitable for a quick trip i took. staff was good."

"This was the perfect choice for and overnight stay before driving to Sedona. The shuttle was quick and easy. The people at reception welcomed us and were very nice. The room had everything you could ask for and was spotless. I love the Crabtree and Evelyn products. We ate dinner in one restaurant and breakfast in the other. Both had excellent food and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel."
