"The only real issue we ran into was that the address we originally had brought us next door, and since the service is very scarce out there - I just highly recommend you make sure you have the correct one programmed before you journey lol 😆. Other than that , the price for the amount of space we got (1 bedroom with a loft, full kitchen, front and back deck) was amazing! The view of the mountain including of the Gondola we eventually went up on. The sound of the river at night. Plus the deck double the size I've ever had for any other hotel I've been at. We had our choice of pool and hot tub, because it wasn't peak season. The elevator even made a funny *toot* sound which (as childish as we are) will be a lasting memory for us. We didn't see much of the staff, but the front desk as we came in were very nice ..and even as I checked in I forgot my phone and they called up to let me know 😅 . The room had so much space, I thought the refrigerator was ringing haha (hint, it's on the wall in between the kitchen and dining room)"

"Room was fine, bathroom was nice. Only there one night on a 40 dgree rainy day, so no amenities used per say. The 1st assigned room had a beeping smoke detector, so we needed to change room. Booked a "Riverview" room...nice enough, but the river is really a creek and there is a road on the other side, so there was still some traffic noise. Breakfast was good."

"The pool is out of service, under construction. The pool being not open was not shared with us when we booked. They didn’t offer the continental breakfast because there wasn’t enough people staying there the night I was. The staff did their best to bring us some of the food options to our room but it was a very limited selection of items."
