Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views of Lago Di Garda and the surrounding mountains. The panoramic scenery stretched right from our balcony and the room was bright and spotless.
If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with some of the most beautiful views in Italy, this hotel is an incredible choice. We can’t wait to return!
A worn-out hotel which is probably okay, but nothing more. Service was better than the hotel itself, nothing bad to say about the staff. Photos were a but misleading since the actual experience was a place straight from the 1990s. I’m a bit suprised they haven’t renovated the rooms since Limone seemed to be so packed.
Beautiful location and offered upgrade for panaramic view. Well worth it. Loved the pools.

Great views, ok hotel
As other reviews we found the hotel a little tired and if honest we were initially a little disappointed. Having said that the view was amazing and did make up for it! Staff were great and gardens were nice, we really enjoyed the pool (with awesome view). The private beach was well worth a visit for us as well. Breakfast was good.
We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!!
Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference!

Good Hotel but need improvement
The hotel has stunning views of the lake and the staff is very helpful to any concerns. However we dont consider the hotel as a 4 star. Food is below average in selection and quality, water costs 2 EUR, there are no ''free water'' not even at the reception, which is very common even in 3 and 2 star hotels. WIFI costs money too unless you opt for a very slow connection that doesn't work most of the time. its like the hotel is stuck in 1999 where you had to pay for WIFI.
As other reviewers have said, the stunning views are let down by very poor rooms. On the one hand it is fabulous hotel: I will never forget the views, the staff were helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great and the pools were nice. But all this was let down by the very basic rooms being in such poor condition. The beds were uncomfortable and smelt of smoke, the pillows were thin and papery and the bunkbed shook with every move of either child. The worst rpart of the trip for me was going to the room and putting my hand onto the light swich to find the electrics hanging out of the wall, which we paid for.

Great view but noisy
View from hotel amazing and definitely the best thing about the hotel. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms hav3 the thinnest walls I have ever come across in a hotel. You can literally hear a conversation in your adjoining room. We had a couple on one side with a happy dog that barked all the time and the couple sat on the balcony smoking meaning that we could not have our window/door open as the smoke came into our room, we could also not take advantage of our own balcony. On the other side there was a family who just made family noise, but we could hear talking, children crying, furniture being moved and cupboards/doors being opened and closed. A suggestion would be to put smokers in the same block and likewise dog owners. Breakfast was good.

An average stay.
We stayed for 5 days, hired a car so could venture out to other areas, although you can get a boat to the other parts of the lake. The hotel is part of Hotel Cristina which i found to be confusing, they have one reception area for both hotels, we were told you can use the pool etc, which we didnt as it wasnt warm enough. But could use the restaurant for dinner at 25euros per person biffet style, again we didnt use this service. Things to note, there is no iron, we had to buy one form the Watt store round the corner. The room was cleaned daily but not sure what it was the towels or bedding but it set my daughters allergies off she was sneezing itchy eyes every night. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were not great, paper cups which are ok but they did not replace the tea coffee milk and sugar daily. We were only given 2 towels for the pool and there were 4 of us. The breakfast was ok for us a selection of pastries and breads, hot and cold food standard sort of thing with 2 coffee machines which i must admit didnt taste great.
We had a wheelchair with us for my daughter and although there were lifts it was still didfficult to navigate around the hotel and no clear signs.
The view from our room was amazing we had a panoramic room double bed and a bunk bed. I wanted a low cost hotel and thats what i got.
The staff were all very friendly.
Great hotel with amazing views from our room and the pool area.
Friendly staff, clean rooms & great breakfast too.
Only drawback is a steep walk uphill coming back from Limone town. There is a shuttle bus but this stops at 7pm.
We had stayed at the sister hotel Christina next door before and enjoyed that but were looking for a better room which we found at hotel Pietro in the Panorama room which had amazing views from the balcony.
Complimentary Prosecco for checking in online was a nice unexpected touch.
Great outdoor pools, indoor pool nearly empty so I used that every day to earn calorie points to use later.
Breakfast really nice and again with those amazing lake/mountain views.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
We will visit again.
