"I enjoyed my stay but I booked a king size bed and was given two twin beds. They did put a sheet on the bed to avoid me falling through the middle but it’s not the same. I was also initially put into a pet friendly room on the first floor. I’m allergic so I asked to be moved and I was with no hesitation.
