When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Directions and access to the secure parking area was easy. Lovely clean comfortable room with lots of hot water. Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away.

This Best Western is a bit out of the way but was a perfect location for our needs. There are a couple of bakeries within minutes as well as a grocery store. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet.

The room was large and clean. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bus took 20 minutes to Lille centre. Very convenient as the bus stop was across the street. Supermarket next to the hotel. Excellent bakery across the street.

Stayed for two nights- had only booked one but needed to stay for another night and staff very helpfull with rearrangements. Room clean and staff very professional and helpfull.
