The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything. As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights ...

Staff was amazing! Hotel was decent and clean. No lobby/lounge area except for the roof top but it was small. Really no options if you wanted to get out of your room. Bonus: Breakfast was included.
