Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. "Excellent room with a beautiful view. Very comfortable bed. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The restaurant had excellent service and the food was phenomenal. They also have a terrace where it is lovely to have a wine by glass and enjoy the view. Excellent accessibility from the ground level as there were several elevators to avoid walking up steep hills. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if staying in Beziers. "
