"This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round...

"My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. Many thanks to Tommaso who drove the shuttle...

Was mich gestört hat, Expedia hat auf der Seite 4 Sterne angegeben, das finde ich als Betrug. Aber Gott sei dank hat das Hotel 4 Sterne niveau. "
