"We checked in late at night and had been on the road all day. Check in was easy the hotel looked to be recently renovated. Our room looked great at first but then realized the night stand between the beds had fallen in the floor, the bathroom counters and floor were dirty and the wall paper was peeling off behind the bed. The beds were clean but not very comfortable at all."

"There was not good communication. We got an all inclusive room and was not told about the breakfast or the amenities. The garage was a mess. You have to go outside the garage and then back into the hotel. It’s was raining, plus the key card did not work. Then the breakfast the next day was closed an hour early without communication for an Easter thing. Communication needs to be better. "
