The staff were non-conscious, the sheets and towels were clean (could smell the bleach), soiled furniture, no USB ports, separating grout-the only reason I did not depart was due to the location of the garage where my vehicle was parked. I usually request a late check-out when out of town, I left before check-out time."

"Room refrigerator half size of typical hotel room and frozen solid on arrival. Shower with no door and shower head full of green scale. Asked housekeeping to return later to service room, never got room cleaned the entire trip. No venting in restroom either. Parking is good. Don't eat breakfast there go to neighboring restaurants instead."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Check-in was smooth and the overall setup met my needs. However, the outside noise was quite noticeable, especially at night, which made it harder to get good rest. If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind."
