Thanks Gregg. Since check in is slated at 4pm, it is not always easy to accommodate, especially since your rate is only slated starting at 4pm. The extra a mount is fair, to ensure that your needs are met above anyone else who is coming to try and check in early. As for the shower, we will look into that as im sure the design is the same as the other rooms.
