Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Die Küche hatte fettige Ablage und einen Herd mit Dreckrand. Es gab große Spinnweben neben dem Waschbecken im Bad, die Klobürste war super eklig und die Böden waren ebenfalls nicht sauber. Überall Flecken. Das Bad hat schlecht gerochen und die Heizung ging nicht immer an. Auf Anfrage das Zimmer zu wechseln oder dass nochmals richtig sauber gemacht wird, kam keine Rückmeldung. Wäre richtig sauber gewesen, hätte man auch das alte und vermachte Zimmer annehmen können.

Good stay in the back of Leuven

En general regular. Lo más grave es que reserve un tipo de apartamento y me dieron otro de menor precio. El lugar no estaba completamente limpio, no hay recepción sino en unas horas muy limitadas lo cual impide un reclamo en cualquier momento. los elementos como cafetera y horno son muy viejos... algunos elementos de la cocina ya no funcionan como el abrelatas...etc. etc... muy regular para el precio.

Budget by nature not price.

Budget flats are in poor condition, floor to ceiling requires an overhaul, it's been patched up over the years and the quality of work is less than acceptable. The pillows are stained, the fllors are dirty the and the showers have mould, The bed sheets had holes in them. The prices they're asking are higher than what they should be for such an inferior product.

l 'accueil a été parfait, la chambre était spacieuse, un peu sombre,très bien placée, notre location nous a permis d'aller au centre ville à pieds, grand privilège! Cependant , une désagréable odeur de cigarette froide nous a beaucoup dérangée!

Overall pretty decent, but limited kitchen equipment (no oven, but there is a microwave). However, I would stay there again.

Comfortable budget flats

The flat was clean and the kitchen had a functioning kettle, microwave and cooker. There was enough crockery, washing up liquid and kitchen paper. The bathroom was clean, had soap and shower creme, and sheets and towels were in good condition. The heating worked and the widow could be opened. The people in the reception were nice and helpful. Unfortunately the television did not work and the remote was very dirty, the remote for the digital box had rusted batteries inside. The toilet brush in the bathroom needed changing, it emitted a disagreeable smell. There was no bedside light and the mattress could use a textile freshener or an antibacterial spray.

En recepción no había nadie tuvimos que llamar por teléfono. Para marchar lo mismo porque no vino nadie en todo el find de semana y para rematar un pitido cada 10segundos de una alarma antiincendios dentro de la habitación que te crispa.

convenient residence

It is a convenient place to stay for those in a budget. It is not actually a hotel, but a kind of student residence. It is not far from downtown (about 20 minutes by foot away from Saint Peters church). The room was quite comfortable, clean and the kitchen has enough equipment. WiFi is free, but doesn't work most of the time. Since it is not a hotel, there is nobody in the reception most time of the day. This is not a problem, but don`t forget to check the email with the instructions about the check in.

Das Hostel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Wenn es Probleme gab, hat sich das Personal sehr zügig darum gekümmert. Allerdings hatte ich ein Zimmer für zwei Personen reserviert, in das ohnehin nicht sehr großzügige Zimmer wurde dann kurzerhand ein zweites Bett gestellt.

Nice afford place; walking distance to everything

The room was very clean when we arrived. The kitchenette had all the appliances we need to cook with and the small fridge was the perfect size. My spouse and I were there for a seminar and it was within a 10 min walking distance. Everything is really within a 20-30 min walking distance. Not a lot of parking spots if you want to drive to every place you want. The gym was on the other side of the cemetery which was convenient.
