elevators were not operating at full capacity and had to wait minimum of 10 minutes every time we needed to use them. sometimes more which we then use the stairs that led to the outside of the hotel

Excellent hotel I would highly recommend!!
The pool is fantastic- it is a beach pool. Half sand half pool!
The common areas as well as rooms are kept in immaculate condition.
All staff are super friendly and eager to accommodate.

You know what to expect with an Ibis, clean and convenient. The staff are friendly. The pool in the photo is very different from the reality. Maybe it was AI generated? I wasn't intending to use the pool but I think they need to remove the photo. If I was booking again I'd save €45 and book the budget ...
