"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"

"The breakfast menu was fresh, and had so many options. The most I have ever seen, it really is a wow moment as far as breakfast goes, you will not be disappointed! Plus, the staff were lovely, and the shuttle to the airport made this a perfect stay."

"The room was not spacious and the location is quite away from central Barcelona. While we had to find out about transit options, it would have been nicer to have some sort of shuttle operated by the hotel, as public transit took at least an hour to get into town. There are also absolutely no stores, restaurants-or anything nearby. It is a factory/warehouse distict. All staff were mostly friendly though."

"A bit dated and some minor maintenance issues which were not sorted during my stay. It is a noisy hotel due to lack of soundproofing and the design. Also be aware if on side of hotel next to house next door they have dogs which bark at various intervals particularly early morning. Positively most staff are friendly and the cleanliness is very good. Position on seafront is great . Bus and little train stop close to the hotel if you don't want to walk into town. Breakfast was good quality but...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and bathroom were spotless and the toiletries offered were very good. Virtually soundproof room, excellent for the music heard from the weekend entertainment, but the sound was heard through the door to the gallery outside the door. It didn’t bother me much. We enjoyed their buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs. I couldn’t be more pleased with a hotel."
