"Good value for money. I do feel that basic cleaning products, hand wash, etc, should be provided. Cleanliness not the best. A bit dusty. Drain in shower was blocked. Bad smell. I had to clean the drain which was filthy and full of hair. Informed reception. Very quick to sort it out however as someone came up quickly to take a look. Unfortunately the smell returned within 2 days. So if you concentrate on this in future, I would not fault it. Despite being huge and full of guests, it was also quiet. Great location. Easy access to slope. Good WiFi. We had a great holiday. Thank you."

"I would have preferred an evening menu that you could choose rather than the set menus. Breakfast was excellent. The massage lady I had was superb. The reception was hit and miss. I tried to book the evening meal there but was told to book it at the restaurant however no one was there to take the booking so I had to keep going back. The bar staff were great and the happy hour and afternoon tea was a great touch. No towels at the pool was annoying when the spa people were away you couldn’t get a towel. I think the spa should be free for guests all day it just the morning. Pool table and games is good. Room cleaner kept coming into the room when the do not disturb ticket was on the door. The dryer in the ski boot room didn’t work in the locker. The location and design of the hotel was great. All in all a fabulous holiday. Thank you "

"Hotel is more like a hostel. Don't provide toilet paper or shampoo. Picture says you get a queen bed, but it's actually a sofa bed. Room wasn't spotless. For checking out you need to bring down towels and bed linen, and need to wait for a room inspection which took forever."

Kids bedroom with no windows and had black mold on the ceiling There was also no window in the bathroom and extractor fan did not work, so also had black mold Toilet sink had come away from wall, the shelf was propped up with bits of paper The kitchen had kick boards missing, the fridge didn’t work properly and was generally old and tired looking The second night (Sunday) there was a big party in the room next to reception and outside it in the parking area, screaming shouting and drinking outside our window until about 2 am when the ambulance arrived "
