"Leola was good but not great. It is supposedly an upper class inn but they don't do the little things well. There was no directory in the room in which to order room service so I called to the front desk (Had to use my phone and look up the number because the room phone doesn't automatically connect to the front desk) and then was disconnected during the transfer. Both TV's lost streaming during 2 football games for about 30 minutes each. There is no room service cleaning between nightly stays. The heat takes a long time to catch up once the room gets cold. Parking was an issue. On the positive side, the inn is a very nice facility with period furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The food ordered through room service was very good but they did forget the drinks and had to make a second trip to retrieve them. Nothing in itself was a dealbreaker but so many little things add up to taint the experience."
