The staff was not friendly. She’s not helpful when I report to her the concerns of the room. Window screen was tearing and there is a hole in the wall and the refrigerator is broken and the telephone is not available

Okay, I just want to say that when you read the comments don’t be fooled, what you see in the pictures is not what it really looks like when you get there. When you we got there the first night I noticed that the air conditioner had a towel side between the wall and the air conditioner it’s self. The other thing that I noticed that we literally had only 10 channels on our TV. So when we woke up in the morning we went down to breakfast there was frost flakes and raisin brand cereal with two gallons on milk for everyone to share and waffles and white bread that was it. Oh wait and coffee so me and my family ended up going out to get breakfast so I believe this hotel should not say breakfast included at all. So as we were leaving there was police there and when we came back there were two cops outside. The only thing I can say about this hotel is that it smelled nice that’s it.

I originally booked for 2 nights in this hotel and I'm still waiting for the refund on my second night as I didn't stay. The lobby was clean/nice and front desk wasn't overly friendly but professional. I arrived after 3pm and was promptly put into a room that was still being cleaned. Housekeeping was nice though. The room was just ok. Screen on the window was broken, lock was barely hanging onto the door frame but usable. The shoeer took forever to get hot, but did eventually. But the reason I wasn't going to stay a second night? Within less than 24 hrs of being there, I found 4 roaches in my bathroom. Additionally, I went for breakfast around 9:30am on a Sunday and was told it was closed already after being told breakfast went until 10am. When I asked for a refund, they offered for me to move to another room but at this point, I simply wasn't comfortable with that.

Pretty good.
Room was clean. Bed was not super comfortable but acceptable. There's a bad draft coming from the window. Thank God for the heater. I stayed in the hotel because it was bad weather and too cold for me to drive to work from where I live. I think the draft issue needs to be fixed. The decor was nice. Not a lot of choices on the cable channels.

I really enjoyed this day overall the continental breakfast was an F minus and there was a couple. I guess they offer maybe weekly rates there with about five or six children in one room that got pretty noisy and didn’t allow for the peace I was looking for, also we did spot about two roaches in the restroom area and the tub did not function properly.

I was very tired and probably a bit cranky!! They were very nice to me. The only negative might be the outdated bathroom. The tub and shower needs to be replaced. If your a tall person the shower head is very low. You have to bend down to wash your hair.

We arrived around 7:15 but there was no one even in the motel to check us in. We had to call a phone number provided on the desk I tried twice with no answer. Another quest the was waiting to checkin called a finally got an answer. It took another 5 minutes or so for the person to get there. I don't think she had even been on the property because she came in the front door.

I have a bad allergy to animals and this one (which we did not know ahead of time) is pet friendly. My toilet had been broken and glued. However, the bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was hot.

Disappointing
This room was listed as a 5 person room but only had two queen beds. This is all they have. No roll away beds. This hotel is not suitable for a family of 5 to stay in one room. The listing is misleading. The parking lot flooded and we could not get to our car without wading in ten inches of water. Breakfast was disappointing. The cereal was stale, there was one donut an hour before breakfast ended. It was very messy. They were nice, but could not resolve our room issues. No elevator, ice is only available on the bottom floor. It was quiet.

Don’t stay here!
This hotel was in terrible condition compared to the pictures. There was trash all over the parking lot. People drinking and partying on the side of the building. The side door didn’t even close all the way and lock even though it says you need to scan you room key to enter. There were groceries spilled in the stairwell and someone had left a bunch of sunflower seed shells on the windowsill in the stairwell. Upon arrival there was someone chilling in their pjs playing games on the stairs. There wasn’t an elevator which would have been nice to know before booking seeing as we were on the third floor. The whole hotel was hot and carpets didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in weeks. When we got into our room the AC was off and it was unbearably hot. Bathroom floor was dirty and the window screen was broken off on one side. When we went to put clothes in the dresser a roach ran out of the drawer which we killed. Luckily we didn’t find any more. When I went to wash my hands after using the restroom the water came out brown and did so each time we turned the water off and back on again. Huge stain on the side of the mattress on one of the beds. Overall we have never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe staying somewhere. Only reason we didn’t leave is because it was so late at night and a lot of places were booked up from the soccer tournament we were in town for. They charged entirely to much for a room that crappy. We will Never stay here again.

I understand that this is a basic hotel, but someone needs to know that this hotel is very dirty. The door to the laundry room is on the way to the rooms on the 1st floor and open and filthy. The public washers are in the hallway and so dirty. The room is old and there is mold in the bathroom and in the morning I found cockroaches in the bathroom. The room also had no working hair dryer and when I asked for a replacement the front desk wasn't able to accommodate.
