"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not...

"We stayed for a week. The Green flat was spacious but did not have a full kitchen. However it was comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bedroom layout could have been changed to allow for bedside tables. Access and parking was good, as was the location; close to public transport. There is also a bakery/coffee shop in the same building. There was a problem on our last day when we were locked out of the flat for an hour. However, overall an enjoyable stay."

"A very good and modern hotel. It was a very rainy day so i was happy that after arriving by train i didn't have to walk too much in the rain as the hotel was very close to the station. The room was very clean and modern, i liked the wallpaper map of Graz a lot. There is a big bottle of complimentary quality water and there is also a fridge in the room. "Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz is a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. We were happy that each of us has two pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruits. Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience."
