"A great hotel located right in the heart of Ubud, within walking distance to local amenities. The hotel was well-maintained with great staff who were professional and polite at all times. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are heading to Ubud."

"We loved the hotel and location and especially all the staff (Aria the concierge, Mila and Prabu on front desk, Ayu, Yulia and Cempaka in the restaurant, drivers Gede, Adi and Suma and everyone who kept our room clean and cool). Location is nice and quiet while also being v accessible and walkable. Pistachio restaurant has delish local food options and the tours run by hotel with their own drivers were awesome. We particularly enjoyed the rice terraces and coffee plantation visit."

"Not suitable for families. No phones in rooms. No smart tv ( kids cannot access tv in anyway ) Pool was dirty . Maintenance is poor. Construction ongoing in and around the villa. All you can hear is construction tools noise . No easy access /no ramps incase u r injured . Even the driver who came to pick us felt uneasy as the staff was pushing him for our entire day schedule. Charged me 1M for an upgrade and gave the worst room filled with cockroaches Overall disappointing"

"Hotel was new. Design was well done. Marble and tile. Be prepared had different levels. Steps to lobby, steps to room. Did have ramps a bit steep on staiirs. Shower had no grab bars in a big open area. Staff was kind, helpful and an absolute delight. Food was excellent. ."
