"The hotel staff/manager would not check me in"

"The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. When something was wrong staff members responded fast to my needs. Moses was very kind and helpful. The hotel has good cleaners as well. However, breakfast was not so good as expected (buffet style dishes appear in the restaurant area, but it’s just for presentation)."

"Everything was good. Thank you for bar staff emmanuel helped me about food."

"The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. "Hotel is grossly misrepresented. Rooms were dusty, the light in the bathroom did not work and the area was very rowdy."

"Don’t book through Expedia"

"Alle die Erfahrung kann ich sagen 3 Sterne"

"They said they couldn't find our reservation , we woke up to the room door opened, the only thing keeping the door from being wide open was the lock chain. In the morning, they told us they had not received payment from hotels.com and they made us pay again. "

"THE HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST. WE WERE TOTALLY SCAMMED. CALLING, THE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST. SEARCHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD, NO ONE HAD EVEN HEARD OF THE HOTEL. EXPEDIA NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM THEIR LISTINGS."

"Very bad breakfast, breakfast time was 7-9am to short, service ok, I wouldn’t go again"

"DMatel Hotel was booked for the night of Dec 27th, 2024 via Expedia but the property owner/manager claimed not have received any such payment, offered no refund and didn’t have available rooms as advertised online."
