The accommodation is quite historical and cozy. There is a bar under it, open late at night for one last stop before going to sleep. People around are very nice. I can imagine the hotel garden in the summer, when more people are sitting outside.

Als wir in der Unterkunft eintrafen hat uns fast der Schlag getroffen. Dritter Stock ohne Lift in einem Altbau. Alles sehr dunkel und abgewohnt. In unserem Zimmer befand sich nicht mal ein Spiegel, Fernseher, Mülleimer. Das Gemeinschafts Bad ist zwar groß, allerdings fehlt bei der Dusche eine Tür so dass das Wasser zwangsläufig rausspritzt. Auch die Verwendung der Badewanne als Dusche ist nicht möglich, da es an einem Duschvorhang fehlt. Leider ist uns dadurch auch ein Unfall passiert so dass der Arm geprellt war. Der Zustand des Zimmers ist unterirdisch neben den Dingen die fehlten, war der Boden nicht ordnungsgemäß verlegt, die Schlafcouch war zerrissen, die Couch war Alt durch gesessen, das Bett hat gequietscht, die Matratzen waren durch gelegen und das Bett war kaum größer als 1,60 m, die Fenster waren groß und niedrig so dass die Gefahr dass man ausfällt relativ hoch ist. Generell ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig und Boden quietscht. Im WC und im Bad liegt eine Elektroleitung frei welche nur notdürftig repariert wurde- das entspricht nicht der Norm. Eine Schalterabdeckung im Bad fehlte. Zudem lässt sich der Heizkörper im Bad nicht dauerhaft einstellen, es ist kalt im Bad. Ein Fön und Duschseife fehlt zudem. Zusammenfassen kann gesagt werden dass die Fotos welche auf der Website präsentiert werden überhaupt nicht mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Apartment ist alt, hat eine beratungs Rückstand, und ist mehr als ab gewohnt, die Reinigung lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

Zimmer Upgrade war durch Online-Checkin unkompliziert möglich. Wir waren sehr dankbar, hier Hunde mit hinnehmen zu können und hatten ein sehr gemütliches Boxspringbett mit Topper. Alle super freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Noisy place, echoing, hear every single footstep anyone makes. Really dated decor that didn't match the picture on the website when booked. Beds not the comfiest, and creaky when you roll over. Shared bathroom clean and short walk to the centre was convenient.

Unsere Zimmer verfügen lediglich über Gemeinschaftsbad und -dusche auf dem Flur obwohl dies so nicht in der Anzeige stand. Zum Glück benutzte diese zu dem Zeitraum kein anderer Gast. In einem Zimmer standen 2 Einzelbetten obwohl zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht waren. Die Zimmer und der Teil des Hotels in dem wir untergebracht waren war insgesamt in einem eher schlechten Zustand. Es waren Flecken an den Wänden, der Deckenventilator direkt über dem Bett war sehr staubig. Etc. Es gab eine Gemeinschaftsküche die offensichtlich seit längerem nicht geputzt wurde. Sämtliche Oberflächen waren speckig. Vorherige Gäste haben alles mögliche in den Schränken und im Kühlschrank hinterlassen. Es wirkt als würde sich niemand darum kümmern. Im Gefrierfach fanden wir unter anderem eine offene Packung mit ganzen Fischen und eine gefrorene Packung Käse. In einem der zwei Gemeinschaftsbäder stand eine kaputte Waschmaschine. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche, sowie die Lüftung an der Decke waren verschimmelt. Auf Nachfrage konnten uns keine neuen Zimmer bereitgestellt werden. Es sei alles belegt, hieß es auf Nachfrage. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir von den o.g. Umständen ausgehen hätten müssen, da in der Beschreibung "B u. B" steht. (Dies soll Bed & Breakfast bedeuten - ich weiß aber noch immer nicht wieso man davon ausgehen sollte dann ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschafsbad zu bekommen). Alles in allem frech, vor allem für den Preis.

Sehr gemütlicher Gesamtkomplex

Leider waren wir über die Beschreibung und die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten im Hostel enttäuscht. Unsere Erwartungen differierten stark, besonders in Bezug auf das Schlafarrangement (zwei separate Betten, die optisch wenig ansprechend wirkten) und die begrenzte Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit (Spind). Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit dem Kleiderhaken in unserem Zimmer, und auf der Gemeinschaftstoilette fehlte Toilettenpapier, zudem war sie sehr dreckig. Das Fehlen von Shampoo oder Duschgel war ebenfalls überraschend. Leider war die Lärmbelästigung durch andere Gäste und die Hellhörigkeit des Hostels störend, was unseren Schlaf beeinträchtigte. Darüber hinaus wurden wir nachträglich um eine Tourismussteuer gebeten, von der wir zuvor keine Kenntnis hatten, und erhielten keine Quittung.

Nie wieder! Fotos von Homepage und Wirklichkeit stimmen überhaupt nicht überein. Kingssizebett gewünscht, siehe Fotos bekommen. 3. Etage, Holztreppenhaus. Es fehlt jegliche Notausgangsbeleuchtung, Rauchmelder, Notrufeinrichtungen usw. Ganz zu schweigen von einem zweiten Notausgang. Ach ja, falls ihr doch bucht. Zahnputzbechr nicht vergessen...... Aber die Lage ist Klasse, 5 Min. zur Altstadt.

B&B Lage top, sonst sehr einfach

Das B&B liegt in einem Gebäudekomplex mit schönen Innenhof, ruhig, aber zentral zur Innenstadt Mein Zimmer lag im 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. In dem Gebäude gibt es 3 Wohneinheiten dieser Art . Große Altbauwohnungen, die zum B&B gemacht wurden. Mehrere Zimmer unterschiedlicher Größe teilen sich insgesamt eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, 2 Bäder und 3 Toiletten. Die Zimmer sind einfach, zusammengewürfeltes Inventar. Zum Übernachten reicht es, für den Preis habe ich aber auch nicht viel erwartet. Mein Zimmer war ziemlich warm, weil es große Fenster Richtung Süden hatte und die roten Vorhänge maximal als Blickschutz diente. Es war okay, so richtig wohl habe ich mich nicht gefühlt. Handtücher und Fön vorhanden. Fernseher nur im Gemeinschaftsraum. Die Bettwäsche war optisch schön, hatte aber einen hohen Synthetikanteilund fühlte sich nicht so schön an. Es hat den Charakter einer WG in einer typischen Leipziger Altbauwohnung in guter Lage. Ich wurde nett empfangen und mir wurde alles ausführlich erklärt.

Hatte beim Buchen anscheinend übersehen dass das Zimmer Gemeinschaftsbad und Gemeinschaftstoilette hat. War aber glücklicherwise morgens kein Problem, habe aufs Duschen verzichtet. Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig, Ohropax nicht vergessen.

La photo de la chambre 1009 est trop sommaire : decouverte que toilettes et SDB sont communes sur le pallier.... heureusement, la chambre 1006 etait libre et contient toilettes et sdb intégrés... restaurant en dessous des chambres et porte cuisine souvent ouverte, un peu trop d'odeurs dans l'escalier. petit dej buffet très sympatrique. rapport qualité prix très correct
