"The only bad thing about this hotel was the WI-FI; the signal was terrible, and in order to connect, one had to be in the restroom. Other than the Wi-Fi the place is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is quite old and showing its age. The breakfast and restaurant menus were expensive and not very appealing. Out of all the hotels I stayed at in Italy, this was my least favorite. There was no warm and welcoming feeling."
