The staff are lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Small inconveniences were noticeable eg. No wine glasses, no milk, no cutlery, no plates. Staff were amazing! Rooms were relaxing and so tidy, the restaurant is impeccable even the breakfast buffet can’t beat it. So many activities worth ever penny! Only hotel close to Apia we will ever stay at.
