"Everything was great but they need a covered drive up area to check in and unload your vehicle. It was pouring and everyone that was checking in was getting soaking wet and all their stuff was getting wet, but we had no choice. They also need free coffee down in the lobby because the little fancy coffee machines in the room are a joke and no one uses them. They are too complicated. ."
"I was drawn here by the iconic green bridge. The rooms are clean, and the shower has strong pressure with plenty of hot water. I really like the keyless entry with an access code, no need to worry about misplacing a key.
The small town of Red Cliff is nestled high up in the mountains, with friendly locals and close proximity to the tourist town of Vail. The only restaurant in town, Mango Grill, serves delicious food and is definitely worth a visit."
"First of all the name of the guy who helped us the most pretty sure was Ian. Young super great guy! I will hold on to him because he gets customer service and the industry. Food was great! room was great! We were just passing by and my hubby likes older hotels. This was a surprise and well worth the stay! Paul just came off a week of motorcycle ride with the guys and I met him, Let's just say I was not staying where they stayed...,This is a beautiful hotel. ***No elevator for those who...
"Surprisingly very clean room. Spacious enough for me and a bike. Bathroom spotless. Great location. I had an issue with check in but i think it was a rare tech issue and the human customer service was excellent. I'll stay here again."
"Lovely little wood cabins! Very cosy inside, bed was super comfy! Ideal for staying over a night. Check in was a key in the door, had free wifi, clean bathroom etc., all the basics covered! Would stay again if passing! "
"The house is in a fantastic location right off of the main strip (and close to the best pizza). The house is clean and just the right size. It had a dedicated parking spot and was very easy to access. We had all of the instructions we needed. The only downside was a lack of fan (and even though we were so high up it still was a tad warm) and we were right across the street from a bar which got super loud (but to be fair it was a Saturday night and we were most likely the only ones planning on...
