Gutes Hotel direkt am Meer

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, zuerst ca 200m Grünzeug, dann Sand. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet (kleines WC, grösseres Bad/Dusche), der Empfang freundlich, das (Abend-)Essen im Restaurant hervorragend.

Classic Briton small hotel

Interesting location, within walking distance from the sea. The room was a bit outdated. We even noticed some black spots on the ceiling. But otherwise the hallway looked new and clean. This seems like a family run business and the staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant on site that offers local cuisine.

Etwas älteres aber sehr gut gepflegtes Haus, mit einem tollen Restaurant und sehr freundlichem Service. Die Lage direkt am Meer und in der Mitte zwischen Mont St. Michel und Saint Malo ist hervorragend.

Week-end St Malo - Mont St Michel

Pour sortir les enfants de la morosité ambiante hivernale covidesque, nous avons programmé un week-end sur la côte, samedi à St Malo et dimanche au Mont St Michel. Cet hôtel est très bien situé entre les 2 et nous permettait de profiter de St Malo jusqu'à 17h30 et d'être à l'hôtel pour le couvre-feu. Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres sont assez grandes, confortables et en bon état. Du fait des conditions sanitaires les repas sont livrés dans la chambre. Pour le diner l'hôtel propose une carte de cuisine thaï que les enfants ont bien appréciée! L'hôtel est bien situé dans la baie et les environs ont l'air top mais du fait du couvre-feu nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Au global le rapport qualité-prix est très correct.

Une bonne adresse sur la baie Saint Michel

La salle de restaurant et de petit déjeuner est avec vue sur mer ( baie Saint Michel): agréable ... Le service de petit déjeuner est sympathique, les règles d'hygiene anticovid y sont respectées.. Petit déjeuner de type continental : boisson chaude thé ou café ou chocolat, jus d'orange, des viennoiseries et différents pains, crêpes, beurre doux ou salé, confitures. Les crèpes étaient bonnes, le pain aussi... Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de diner au restaurant de l'hôtel( dernier service à 21h), mais le restaurant semble avoir bonne réputation. Les chambres sont simples, fonctionnelles et propres, les lits confortables. Le personnel souriant. La chambre que nous occupions donnait sur la rue, mais fenêtres fermées ce n'est pas trop dérangeant. Pas de climatisation. Pas de fer à repasser, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Les lits sont fait avec des couettes : malgré les chaleurs de ce mois d'aout, pas de drap en alternative de la couette, c'est étonnant, mais cela semble être la règle dans les hotels de la région ? L'hotel est idéalement bien situé sur la baie saint Michel : à Mi-chemin entre Saint Malot et Le Mont Saint -Michel, a peine à quelques minutes des deux centres de Char à Voile. Coté plage: l'hotel est en bord de mer mais non pas de plage de loisir. La plage de sable la plus proche est celle de Hirel. Et tout le long de la baie ne pas manquer les ventes d'huitres et coquillages.. Hotel qui porte honnêtement ses deux étoiles.

Sehr empfehlenswert und nett

Älteres aber gutes Hotel direkt am Strand. Die Hotelküche ist wirklich super gut (vorallem die Meeresfrüchte sind 1-A). Dies ist das Dorf wo der Austern-Bauer gerade vor der Haustüre wohnt (frischer geht es nicht mehr !,).

Seaside location for oysters

The hotel is located directly on the beach/coastal area in Vivier Sur Mer, just steps away from oyster's breeding places and Mont St Michel. The internal restaurant offers very good food, especially seafood and shellfish. Rooms are somehow small and toilette very tiny, but overall at a good level for a 2-star hotel. Possible to park in the internal parking or very close by.

Warm country hotel

A warm country hotel.................very accommodating for anyone exploring the Mont St-Michel / Cancale /St-Malo area. The innkeeper did not speak English, but went out of his way to make sure I understood. I didn't see anything else in the immediate area.

Unmodernised traditional French Logi

A great place to stay with an excellent restaurant. You will need to book in advance to get a table. All tables were taken by 19:45 and there is a lot of demand from locals. The 24 euro menu was beautifully cooked and served. Desserts were especially good. The hotel is a bit quirky, with meandering corridors and the room layout is also idiosycratic, but it's comfortable and works well. The hotel is on the GR34, so there is the opportunity for a pleasant stroll along the level coast.
