"Very clean room, helpful and pleasant staff, near the tram and bus stops, quiet area.
Not so many facilities in the room, just basics, they could have a few more options for breakfast (good price though with 10€ per person).
If you don't find a place to stay in Venice Centre I would strongly recommended it."
