AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. "This is a gorgeous property with excellent service almost directly across from the Mouli Rouge and super convenient to Montmartre. The bar staff is super friendly. Rooms are tiny yet still sumptuous. Did not use the spa but they have one. Issues: Lights in room are extremely difficult to operate or understand. Toilet in separate location from bathroom (with no sink) is a bit weird. Hallways very dark. Location a bit too close to the sex shops in the Pigalle."

"Air conditioning in the room blew out. Staff did nothing to fix it. They didn't even come look at it. According to another guest at the hotel their A/C went out also and was not fixed. We weren't offered any compensation for the room. It was about 90 degrees in the room. Also the rooms are TINY. No where to put your luggage. This hotel is not worth the price at all. It's the equivalent to staying in a hostel. Would not recommend to anyone."
