The room and facilities were very basic, and the overall comfort was below our expectations. Staff helpful. Didn't have breakfast. Sink drained very slowly...probably partially clogged. Only soap dispenser didn't work. Maintenance needed! Received handicapped room (wasn't required) right above hotel entry. Disturbed until around 21:00 by people smoking and gabbing below. Also heard entry door constantly slamming. A LOT of furniture moving, children screaming...generally a noisy place.

Geen werkende airco terwijl bloedheet was kwam er alleen warme lucht uit wat we ook probeerde. Bij balie hing briefje dat je geen ventilator mocht gebruiken dus was bekend dat airco niet werkte.geen internet verbinding terwijl ik nog gevraagd had omdat dit vaker gebeurd .geen douche gordijn hele vloer staat dan blank Begane grond kamer lopen mensen langs je raam en staan buiten te vertellen onder je raam.

J'ai eu la clef d'une chambre déjà occupée ! pas de serviettes dans la chambre finalement attribuée, donc 2 allez-retour à la réception ! chambre froide à l'arrivée, et présence d'un radiateur d'appoint (!) que j'ai mis en route, mais qui n'a pas fonctionné toute la nuit. Pour finir je suis parti à 5h40 du matin, et le portail du parking ne s'ouvre pas automatiquement, et pas de commande d'ouverture; j'ai dû retourné à la réception récupérer la clef badge pour ouvrir .

Je n' ai rien contre le personnel, c'est l'hygiène et la logistique. Le soucis majeur c'est présence de punaise de lit. Pas de chauffage il faut leur demander un chauffage d'appoint. Manque toujours les serviettes. Mais c'est les punaise de lit démangeaisons et se gratter la nuit à été le plus désagréable.

Chambre au RDC dépourvue de rideaux et donnant sur le parking et ses éclairages blanchâtres. SDB minuscule dont on ne peut pas sortir dévêtu à cause de la fenêtre sans rideaux sauf si on accepte d'évoluer dans la pénombre. Long moment de solitude dans cet endroit qui m'a fait méditer sur la nécessité de m'y prendre plus tôt lorsque je réserve un hôtel afin d'avoir le choix pour ne pas finir dans un trou pareil.

Les chambres ne ferment pas le service verrouillage electronique en panne, donc chambres accessibles par tous les voyageurs, pas rideau de douche donc espace salle de bain trempé, lampes HS ... Le personnel est froid sauf le gars du matin qui lui etait agréable, par contre la chambre était propre et confortable.
