Première impression mitigée : en appelant l’hôtel pour confirmer les horaires de la piscine, j’ai appris qu’elle est réservée aux moins de 18 ans de 10h à 14h. Voyageant en famille pour profiter du spa ensemble, cela a été une vraie déception. L’information existe mais est peu visible sur le site. L’échange téléphonique avec la conciergerie a été froid et très procédurier ; on m’a même répondu que je “n’avais pas à réserver sur Expedia”, ce qui...

"Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return. "
