"Schönes Hotel auf den ersten Blick. Im Zimmer waren jedoch Ameisen und der Balkon voll mit Spinnenweben. Das Bad roch nach Urin. Wir wurden für die erste Bestellung sehr aufmerksam bedient im Restaurant. Danach nicht mehr beachtet und mussten uns immer melden. Für ein Hotel und Restaurant mit 4 Sternen ..."

Location is ok near, the bed is not comfortable.
"You have to take funicular from Neuchatel to Neuchatel Universite only 8 mins and then walk to the hotel only 5 mins. Location is quiet area and near the city by walking distance.
