Great spacious room, super comfy bed. Really friendly and helpful staff, free parking and an easy walk to get something to eat and to the shopping outlet. The shower does make the whole bathroom wet if not careful but again, lots of space. Definitely worth the money and would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place offered exactly what I was after. I needed a cheap place to stop overnight on my way to Annecy, but didn’t want to have to unload the car and bikes. The place is no frills, but did the job and had a gated car park so I left the bikes on the car overnight. There was also a basic but reasonable breakfast on offer in the morning which did the job nicely ahead of the mornings drive. It doesn’t offer luxury, but if you want somewhere basic, cheap and easily accessible, this is great for it.

New hotel, good stay. Manager opened the desk to check people in when there was a queue at the automated check in point … which was good. Easy parking and secure car park.

this is a hotel i use frequently when driving through the area. its a perfect location for getting off the motorway and back on again the following day. Just a short drive to Troyes centre. there is a nice restaurant next door and a nice bakery too. i will stay here again next time im in the area

The hotel is clean and in a good location close to the autoroute. However, check in is a nightmare. We stay regularly at B&B in Coquelles; they have staff to check you in, but in Troyes it's self service an not very clever. Thet don't serve wine - unless red is your choice, but even then you can't have a glass - only a bottle. Not even pleasant about it.. Second time here, but it will be the last.

Checkin and itinerary number not matching

Very nice hotel and good breakfast. Simple and easy as usual with B and B Hotels. I was happy that there was someone on reception to check me in as I tried to checkin at the machine but the number I had for my booking did not match and I would not have been able to check in with my booking. I did receive an email today from the hotel giving me a number to checkin with but that was one day to late so there seems to be a problem with the itinerary and checkin number with this hotel as this has not happened previously. Everything else was good.

EV chargers out of order, yet their was a car charging which I think belonged to the staff. Meant my car was almost flat in the morning as I specifically booked this hotel as it was advertised having EV chargers.
