"I made a reservation well in advance. When we arrived to check in, the room I booked was not available due to a maintenance issue. I was not advised of this ahead of time. My booking price was reduced by the amount difference of the room only. I was very disappointed, and I was not compensated for my inconvieniece."

"Came by snowmobile and parked outside the room.About a 1km ride on a side street but wasn't bad. Owner was awesome and drove us to the liquor store,then offered to drive us to and from dinner,as we are a little out of town.We ordered pizza in and it was great. I would go back without hesitation. "
