We spent two nights here and it was the most comfortable stay we had in Iceland - plenty of space, wonderful light, great amenities (like the washer/dryer) and very well located. From here, we explored the Lake Mývatn area and went to Húsavík for a late night whale and puffin watching tour. It felt like a home away from home!

Great place to stay if you are traveling in the Mývatn or Húsavík area! Apartment is very clean and has a kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Plenty of room for 3-4 people. The sofa couch was comfortable. The owner has a dog that is very friendly and will greet you upon your arrival which is an extra plus!

This was a perfect break on the Ring Road. We spent two nights. The extra space of an apartment and the laundry feature was ideal. It was about 25 mins from Lake Myvatn and close to the falls.

Very nice apartment, a bit pricy I felt. Such genuine hosts, they went an extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The laundry machine is a mystery, especially if you are used to the big/fast ones in the US. The host went out of the way to help us by offering other options.
