"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite. It was not to busy. I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was...

An out standing place for a family vacation, excellent service, good food with a lot of variety , clean and tidy, close to the beach with several options of water sports activities, comfortable pools with pleasant water, if you can, take a studio with a sea view (grass), thanks for an unforgettable vacation! "Everything was good. the only thing that annoyed me was the idiotic behavior of the people. pushing and shouting at the breakfast. the pool chairs were reserved early in the morning even if people arrive to the pool in the day. Cant even imagine situtation when hotel is fully reserved."

"Got this hotel last minute and what a find it’s been. Apartment has everything needed. Full complex is spotless. Staff are all lovely Meals have been great with loads of choices. Snacks provided during the day Three separate pools. Loads of sunloungers. Walking distance to kings mall and the beach. "
