"Check‑in at the Marcantonio was efficient, friendly and surprisingly smooth considering the building contains several different hotels. The reception for the Marcantonio is located on the 5th floor, while our rooms were on the 4th, and although this layout feels a little unusual at first, the staff were helpful and clear about where everything was. The small lift is practical but only fits two people and a couple of suitcases, so it can be slow at busy times. Our room was clean, tidy and well presented, but the décor is definitely showing its age and would benefit from a refresh. Everything functioned as expected, but the lack of tea‑ or coffee‑making facilities was a real disappointment, especially after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was also far more limited than advertised: a single croissant, a coffee and a glass of fruit juice, which felt more like a light snack than a “full breakfast”. The hotel’s strongest point is its location. There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants within a short walk, and being only two minutes from Termini station makes it incredibly convenient for buses, trains and the metro. For travellers prioritising easy transport links and a clean place to sleep, it works well, but those expecting more amenities or a substantial breakfast may find it lacking"

"Rooms could do with being updated - found it odd that there was on only two plug outlets nether of them by the bed. All plug outlets were hanging out the wall broken but luckily they still worked! Staff were really friendly as my girlfriend is gluten free. "

"A great hotel! Would gladly stay here again. From the friendly staff that greets you , to the clean rooms. I recommend getting the breakfast with your stay such a vast selection! Also prime location. 20 minute walk to a lot of popular spots such as Trevi Fountain."
