Phone doesn’t work. Sink doesn’t drain. Drain stopper didn’t work and got stuck closed. Neither issue was addressed. TV is TERRIBLE. Planned to watch NBA playoffs. Took an hour to finally get the station which was ABC. After finally getting the game to play, it was in low def and missed most of the first quarter. Probably my last stay at a Super 8. Very unpleasant and stressful stay.

Hello Bonnie, Thank you very much for your feedback. Here at the Super 8 in Las Vegas, NM it is our only goal to ensure each of our guests enjoy their stay. After speaking with both my evening and morning front desk agents, they informed me of the issues you encountered. Upon your departure, management entered the room to check the phone and tv. Both, were in fine working condition. However, the front desk manager did find the sink stopper damaged. I had informed my front desk agent from the night before to offer you a room move because of the sink issue. But, she mentioned that no one answered the phone or door when she tried reaching out to you. So, for this we apologize. We wish you safe travels!

This was a wonderful hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The best places to eat were only a short distance away. Rooms were clean and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is better than many hotels considered more “posh” that I’ve stayed in. It’s by far the best “economical” hotel I’ve stayed in. Night staff is exceptional. All basic amenities provided. A very homey feeling, wonderful, friendly hosts who have a pot of soup waiting for weary travelers upon arrival.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I loved the complimentary soup and cucumber/lemon water in the evening and the cheese omelets at breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
We had an extremely pleasant stay here while driving up to a wedding in Colorado. The staff were very friendly, the room and bathroom were clean and modern, and breakfast was good with several options to choose from. Not sure what more you could want. Would definitely stay here again!
