Entire hotel smells like bleach (from pool). Front desk person mostly clueless, given a handicapped room when we were told our room wasn’t available!!! What?? We made a reservation almost a month prior and prepaid! Will never stay here again.

Good morning,We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and encountered some problems. We do apologize did look into your reservation and you originally booked a handicap room. But the one on top floor was not ready so we just moved to bottom floor. Again our apologizes.

New employees
The hotel clerk was new and we ended up getting charged twice for our one night stay. The morning attendant said we would be refunded. Hopefully, I will see that on my credit card.

Check in took a very long time! The system was having problems, when you’re tired after a long day that’s the last thing you want!! That’s the reason for the low rating

They didn’t have a room when we arrived. Never checked in. They say pet friendly but don’t mention they only have six pet friendly rooms .
