A very nice stay at a great resort. While the hotel gets a negative rap being a bit out of the crowd, it makes up for that in a immaculate property with a very attentive and well trained staff. However you have to know the location requireds transportation to get to events and shows, etc. The pool area was perfect, the eating and drinking options were endless. The rooms were well designed and very nice. Kudos for all the excellent design and decor throughout the facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

Look, we decided to go to Vegas last minute for my birthday and we booked everything so by then Wynn, Bellagio and other hotels were full and we decided to give the Fountainbleu a try. We are practically locals at Miami so we knew the property has something to live up to. The building itself is beautiful and the rooms are nice and very well decorated. The casino is ok but of course it doesn’t charge that electric atmosphere that you’d find on evenings at Caesars. The main turn down for me was the fact that even though the staff was informed of my birthday celebration going on, they didn’t even send a happy birthday card to the room… it’s basic. I felt unimportant and unappreciated just because of that. Lat year at a Residence Inn Marriott in Surfside Florida they sent me a ham and cheese platter, a cake and a letter… come on guys you’re the Fountainbleu. Also, I bet the Wynn or the Bellagio would have given me a room upgrade. We dined off property at Carbone because of this and the hotel lost business. It’s a friendly advise, no hard feelings

Not enough dining options, no coffee makers in room , tight, tight slots, excellent pool, need to walk far within hotel for coffee etc. very clean and quiet rooms but overall hotel a bit boring. Kids have very few dining options and although nice and new and clean and quiet….a bit boring but ok to sleep . We went to other resorts during day a lot more fun .

Hotel is new and with great finishes! A bit disappointed with the check out process over charges I believe due to unexperienced personnel but everything was sorted in the end.

Gorgeous hotel with great amenities. It would have gotten 5 stars but the condition of the toilet was not good. We noticed brown water pooling behind the toilet. The maintenance person came up and said the seal around the toilet was leaking. They weren’t going to be able to fix it during our stay because it would be very messy so we had to endure toilet water seeping out the sides of the toilet. Kinda of gross!

Stayed here for 4 nights for a festival. Staff were fantastic, massive shoutout to a young man named Timothy who went above and beyond helping. Esmeralda at the gift shop and Pearla at Washing Potato Dim Sum. The staff really does matter. We only had 1 issue with staff but they were affiliated with LIV pool not the hotel itself. Because of the wind we were only able to use the pools once but they were lovely and well tended too. If you’re young and looking to party this is NOT the hotel for you just yet. It’s very new and the vibe is older/geriatric. Rooms are beautiful, beds are comfortable and elevators are FAST in the best way. This hotel is on the far side so definitely quieter (which we enjoyed) plenty of delicious restaurants. Pool dining was a bit lackluster but I feel like in time it will get better and add more options. This hotel is pure luxury. Worth every penny. Will absolutely be back.

If I could give the Fontainebleau Las Vegas 6 stars, I would. Excellent property with all the amenities. Check out the Laps Spa. Attentive staff, walking distance to the LVCC. This place has it all.

I absolutely loved everything they were all fantastic, i loved the hotel and i would come again. It was my first time in the hotel and her first time in vegas, the only downfall i would give is some of the staff were real rude and could have been considerate. I understand they probably get tired of tourist. Outside of that everything is perfect.

This is a pretty new hotel. I would say it's one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. Room is deluxe, spacious and very comfortable. Definitely come back again!

Loved, loved, loved my stay at the Fontainebleau! Rooms were clean and comfortable, felt like home! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The only issue I had was the location of the Uber pick up, it was a long walk from elevators to the rooms.

Excellent property. Just opened in December and it’s very clean and beautiful. But it is in an isolated area. It feels way off of the strip. Not much to do in that area. I also had an incident in the gym and the staff were extremely rude and immature.

This property is stunning and beautiful. restaurants are all amazing fine dining and casual. Be prepared to walk a lot as the hotel is large . Staff are friendly ... dealers at tables were okay lots if blackjack and craps. Nice high limit room! Will be back, pool area was superbusy on weekend. Quieter at the start of the week.
