I wanted a place away from the big city life and traffic. A quite place. It was just that! Andy and Maddy made me feel right at home. Everyone were very helpful in showing me around and telling me where things to do were located. The owner(Emilia) was very nice and took me to a few different towns and to meet other expats to get more information on moving there. The only thing they should change is a couple of small tables by the bed and having hot water in the shower.

No room at the inn

I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!

it is a really great place, the only reason i dont give it a perfect score is because i feel that the beds need updating, but other than that, it all went great. the owner is very nice and there is a person on site at all times to help you with anything you may need. spacious, quiet. i will definitely return

No respetan el precio de la reserva

Reservamos la cabaña de 2 camas dobles y 3 camas individuales. Al llegar esta ya estaba ocupada y nos dijo la dueña que lo que dice la pagina no vale, el precio es 25$ por persona y el precio no era por cabaña como dice la reserva. Fue la primera vez en mucho años de usar esta pagina que no se respeta la reserva y se pide mas dinero al llegar al lugar.

The managements in here is just horrible, I would never recommend anyone to book this place. I will tell a bit about my experience here, I booked one of this cabanas in a Saturday morning to check in that day and spend the night. The place I rented WAS ALREADY RENTED, there was literally people in there and when I came they told me there was not a possibility to try to rent it. Furthermore the excuse that they gave me was that the lady did not open her laptop in the morning so that is the reason why this happened. Also, to find the place it is extremely hard since it does not show you in google or in their website the "real location" so you have to go around the city trying to find the place and after calling multiple times to ask for directions none ever replied. It was a really bad experience, I would never recommend this place.
