El lugar no ofrece una experiencia agradable. 1. Fui con mi perro y me indicaron que ya no aceptaban mascotas. Cuando les mostré que en la reserva incluía al perro por estar permitido, intentaron cobrarme el doble. 2. Adujeron un problema de Expedia para indicarme que debía pagar $20 adicionales por noche. De igual forma dije que ya estaba paga mi reserva de conformidad con los términos que ellos establecieron. 3. Llegamos a desayunar 5 minutos antes de la hora de cierre de la cocina y solo nos dieron café en el desayuno. 4. Baños sucios al punto que daban ganas de salir corriendo de ese supuesto hotel. El mal olor era muy penetrante. 5. El Aire Acondicionado no funcionaba bien y no tenían habitaciones disponibles para pasarnos a “nuestra tarifa”. En realidad, viajo para cooperar con gente que al igual que yo tienen pequeños hoteles (emprendimientos), pero hay gente que lo mejor es que vendan y se regresen a San José.

El personal muy atento y servicial. La habitación sencilla pero muy cómoda y limpia. Buen internet. Nuestra única queja fue la ducha, el agua caliente no servía, la tubería estaba reparada. Esos pequeños detalles pueden marcar mucho la diferencia. El desayuno muy bueno y las instalaciones bien mezcladas con la naturaleza y el área.
