"Quite frankly, at the initial phase of this reservation,I was somewhat disappointed with hotels.com. In the past the reservation was straight forward,no issues nor dealing with the management of the property. However Hans,the property manager was very professional and informative allowing me to relax. The place is immaculate and the vegetation surrounding was just breathtaking. "We loved the room, the furnishings were updated and comfortable. The hotter was not functioning in the master bedroom but all the other rooms were comfortable. The property grounds had 2 pools, the pool bar and restaurant owners and staff were wonderful. We felt safe and was close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Great location beautiful property, would definitely book again!"
