"Just spent 4 nights at this superb hotel - one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the concierge was lovely. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Towels changed every day, room cleaned, water and coffe replenished and the bedding changed after two days. "Artwork is amazing, car parking space holds only 5 without blocking anyone in, but there is space on the side streets. We were told on arrival that we had been 'upgraded' to a superior room, which we doubt as the room was basic. It had a strange smell which we could not escape from, the shower over bath was an issue.
